Your unwavering support and loyalty to Vinshine Audio over the years mean the world to us, and it's time to address the recent changes officially.
The Announcement
Let's cut to the chase and put an end to the speculation. It is real and official: DENAFRIPS has ended its relationship with Vinshine Audio. Vinshine Audio is no longer the distributor, representative, or marketer of DENAFRIPS products. This news may come as a surprise to many of you, and I understand that you may have numerous questions. While I may not be able to address them all in this post, I will do my best to provide clarity and reassurance.
A Bit of History
Vinshine Audio was founded out of a deep passion for audio. Over the years, we've had the privilege to collaborate with and represent some of the finest manufacturers in the industry, including DENAFRIPS, Kinki Studio, Jay's Audio, LHY Audio, and Soundaware. Each of these manufacturers operates independently, with their own dedicated teams and facilities, primarily located in Guangzhou, a major hub for the HiFi industry in China.
Our journey with DENAFRIPS has been remarkable. We started by OEMing R-2R DACs based on Soekris DAM modules, which led us to naturally align with DENAFRIPS. Together, we made DENAFRIPS a household name within the audiophile community, known for its exceptional R-2R ladder DACs.
Challenges Along the Way
Throughout our journey, Vinshine Audio has worked tirelessly with passion, integrity, and honesty to serve the audiophile community. There were challenges and decisions that not everyone agreed with, such as the 12th-1 model release shortly after the 12th anniversary edition and issues related to the grey market. As the brand representative, Vinshine Audio did our best to balance market needs, customers' voices, and the manufacturer's direction.
天下没有不散之筵席
There is a saying in Chinese: "All good things must come to an end." We should prepare ourselves for that day to come. Regardless of the reasons, when that day comes, we should move forward in good spirits and wish each other well. I like to think of myself as a positive thinker — or call me optimistic.
Moving Forward
It's now official. Moving forward, you may purchase DENAFRIPS products directly from their website. DENAFRIPS will handle sales, after-sales, and warranty services for new customers.
Warranty Support
For those of you who purchased DENAFRIPS products from Vinshine Audio, please know that we are still here for you. If you need assistance, contact Vinshine Audio directly. We will continue to be your first point of contact, helping with troubleshooting and, if necessary, linking you with a DENAFRIPS representative for further support should there be a hardware repair / servicing required. Rest assured, we will not leave you hanging. Vinshine Audio remains committed to providing support for DENAFRIPS products sold through us. This is our commitment to you and to the audiophile community.
A New Beginning
This is by no means the end of Vinshine Audio. I view this positively as a new beginning, a commencement. As one door closes, another one opens. We are excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead.

Hi Alvin, I don't know you and have never dealt with you. I bought my Ares from Willow Tree Audio here in the UK. However, I have watched your "how to" videos on YouTube to understand how my Ares settings worked, and they were informative and easy to follow. It's nice that you provided those, not just for Vinshine customers, but for anyone who needed them. I wish you the very best for your future endeavours. Paul
