The chassis is precision CNC-machined from a solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum, significantly reducing overall resonance and increasing structural rigidity compared to standard assembled aluminum enclosures. This also enables effective isolation between functional sections, minimizing interference.
Additionally, the solid billet design allows for precise internal compartmentalization, enabling effective isolation between functional zones such as the clock module, power supply, and network switch circuits. This minimizes internal cross-interference and helps maintain signal purity. Dual Mono Toroid Transformer ensures that the Master Clock and all clock distribution modules operate in an ultra-low-noise environment, further reducing phase noise and enhancing clock accuracy. At the same time, it delivers robust and stable power to the 2.5G/1G network controllers, SFP optical ports, and isolated zones.
