ORDER CANCELLATION

• Canceling preorders or products with extended lead times is complimentary within the initial 48 hours of placing the order, provided payment was made by credit card. Following this period and/or if payment was made by PayPal, a cancellation fee of 4.5% may be applicable.
• In other words, PayPal payments are subject to a cancellation fee. For this reason, we recommend choosing credit card as the preferred payment method to avoid potential fees.
• Once an order is processed and shipped, it becomes non-cancelable / refundable.

US TARIFF

• A new US tariff will take effect on 2nd May 2025, which may impact the final cost of your order. Orders placed now that cannot be fulfilled and shipped before the deadline may be subject to this additional tariff, payable by the you, the customer, upon import.

Taihang: Beyond the Measurements

Some may evaluate the Taihang using advanced audio analyzers and find that its measurements don’t necessarily align with traditional benchmarks. To some, Taihang’s measurements may appear unconventional or peculiar.

During the design phase, Vinshine collaborated closely with the Kinki Studio designer, and we both came to a clear understanding: if one were to rely solely on measurement data, the industrial-grade power conditioner would seem like the obvious choice—making a dedicated audio power conditioners appear unnecessary.

However, as the Kinki Studio designer rightly pointed out, the Power Enhancer needs of audio systems differ significantly from those of industrial applications. While industrial power conditioners approch may exhibit excellent specifications on paper, they often impart a clinical character to the sound and can degrade overall audio performance when used in high-fidelity setups.

Our goal with the Taihang was to strike a careful balance—removing harmful noise while preserving the musicality and sonic integrity of the system. That philosophy is what guided the creation of the Taihang.
