Order Cancellation

4.5%

Non-refundable processing fee on all order cancellations, to cover payment gateway charges.

All order cancellations, regardless of payment method or timeline, will incur a 4.5% non-refundable processing fee to cover payment gateway charges. This applies to both regular orders and preorders, including those with extended lead times. For this reason, we encourage customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

Once shipped

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.
