Shipping Policy

Shipping is included to majority countries.  

We provide international shipping to the following countries:

  • USA

  • UK

  • EU (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland)

  • Norway

  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia)

If your country isn't listed above, don't worry! Just get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to assist you with shipping-related matters.

All shipments will be shipped by courier by air with tracking. During festive seasons periods, there may be slight delays in shipping due to higher order volumes to be processed. We seek our customers understanding should such situations happen.


If an order is time-sensitive we would strongly suggest to reach out to us at to opt for a chargeable premium express delivery option at checkout for priority handling.

In General

  • We ship from either Singapore or Guangzhou, China.

  • All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • For items with long lead times or pre-orders, we'll get them processed within 2-3 business days once they're in stock.

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us to confirm.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to it.

  • Please double-check and make sure you've entered the correct shipping address. We can't take responsibility for any non-deliveries due to address errors. If your order gets returned because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the original order (minus the shipping fee) and kindly ask you to re-submit your order.

  • Just a heads up, your order might be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once it reaches your destination country. If these charges apply, they're on you as the customer. We're not responsible for them.

Important Notes

For customers in the EU and UK, Vinshine Audio offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which simplifies the ordering process and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT.


Import duties and taxes: These are fees imposed by customs authorities on goods entering the EU or UK from overseas. They are calculated based on the value of the imported items and any applicable customs regulations.


VAT (Value Added Tax): VAT is a consumption tax applied to goods and services at each stage of production or distribution. In the EU and UK, VAT is levied on the total value of imported goods, including shipping costs and any applicable import duties.


With DDP shipping, Vinshine Audio calculates and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT in the total price displayed at checkout. This amount is termed as 'Tax' on the checkout page.


The courier service (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) handles customs clearance with the assistant from you - the recipient of the package - and delivers the package directly to your doorstep. There are no additional fees to be paid upon delivery, making the ordering process hassle-free for customers in the EU and UK.
