• Q1: What does the blue LED in front means?

• A1: The blue LED indicates the assignment of an IP address to the SW-10. Blue LED Blinking means the SW-10 does not have IP assignment yet. Once the SW-10 has been assigned an IP address by connecting it to a router/modem, the blue LED will remain ON.

The SW-8 / SW-10 is an Etherner Switch. It does not replace the Modem and Router of your existing Home Network. In fact, it needs to work alongside with a Router. Please reach out to us if in doubt.
